As one of the thematic areas for KPT, governance is key to ensuring citizen-centered decision-making and transformational development in Kiambu County.
Bunge Mashinani Initiative, a member of KPT, was recognized as the Best NGO that has enhanced matters governance and human rights within Kiambu County. This was quite the achievement for them as they represent CSOs within Kiambu County who are working to ensure that good governance and decision-making is citizen inclusive.
CSOs must be the drivers of the change they would like to see in their own communities and BMI is doing exactly that.
